This Privacy Policy explains how Brand Works LLC, doing business as Nexus One, collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information when you visit our websites, use our software, subscribe to our services, communicate with us, connect third-party tools, or use Nexus One products, modules, integrations, automation tools, and AI features.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Nexus One," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Brand Works LLC and the Nexus One platform, websites, applications, modules, integrations, AI features, automation tools, and related services.
By using Nexus One, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting third-party accounts, submitting information, or continuing to use our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Nexus One is a business operating system designed to help businesses manage operations such as websites, CRM, sales, invoicing, accounting workflows, projects, inventory, point of sale, bookings, HR, marketing, automation, analytics, AI tools, and integrations.
Nexus One may use, integrate with, modify, connect to, or build upon open-source software, source-available software, third-party software, AI models, infrastructure tools, container systems, orchestration platforms, and developer libraries, along with custom Brand Works LLC modules, proprietary designs, integrations, automations, AI workflows, and business tools.
Nexus One is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially operated by any third-party open-source project, AI model provider, or technology vendor referenced in this Privacy Policy unless expressly stated in writing. All third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
We may collect information depending on how you use Nexus One.
Account and contact information may include name, business name, email address, phone number, billing contact details, login credentials, support messages, demo requests, sales inquiries, and subscription information.
Business data may include customer records, lead records, invoices, quotes, payment records, products, inventory data, employee information, project data, task information, website forms, customer messages, calendar events, bookings, documents, files, notes, attachments, marketing campaigns, CRM pipeline data, and operational workflows.
Payment and billing information may include subscription details, invoices, payment status, billing address, and transaction information. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Integration data may include information exchanged with third-party systems you connect to Nexus One, such as Google products, Microsoft products, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Twilio, email providers, calendar providers, shipping providers, payment providers, CRM tools, analytics tools, marketing tools, website tools, and automation systems.
Device, usage, and technical information may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, login timestamps, pages viewed, features used, error logs, API activity, security events, session information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
AI interaction data may include prompts, instructions, AI chat messages, business questions, generated outputs, workflow commands, business context needed to complete the requested task, and feedback you provide about AI responses.
We may use information to provide Nexus One software, modules, dashboards, integrations, AI features, automation tools, and business services.
We may use information to create and manage accounts, process subscriptions and billing, provide support, configure websites and workflows, troubleshoot bugs, improve product performance, personalize the user experience, monitor security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about service updates.
We may also use information to improve Nexus One’s business tools, automation logic, AI features, analytics, workflows, and customer experience.
Nexus One may use AI systems to help businesses operate more effectively. This may include business planning, sales workflows, marketing, customer service, analytics, operations, automation, reporting, and decision support.
We may use anonymized, de-identified, aggregated, or transformed data to improve Nexus One’s AI systems, business intelligence models, automation logic, product performance, and general business-savviness.
This may include learning from general patterns such as common business workflows, automation structures, sales patterns, marketing patterns, project processes, inventory flows, interface usage, system performance, and AI response quality.
We do not intend to publicly expose private customer records, confidential business data, personal client information, employee information, financial records, or proprietary business details as part of AI training or product improvement.
Before using customer information for AI improvement, we aim to remove or transform identifiers where reasonably possible, such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, client names, and other direct identifiers.
However, no anonymization method can be guaranteed to be perfect. By using Nexus One, you acknowledge and agree that Brand Works LLC may use anonymized, de-identified, aggregated, or transformed information to improve Nexus One products, AI systems, automation tools, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities.
Where required by law, contract, or enterprise agreement, we may provide additional restrictions, data processing terms, opt-out options, or custom privacy commitments.
Nexus One may use, integrate with, modify, connect to, or build upon open-source software, source-available software, third-party software, AI models, infrastructure tools, container systems, orchestration platforms, and developer libraries.
This may include, without limitation: Odoo 17 Community / open-source components, Ollama, Meta Llama 3 and related model materials, Google Gemma / Gemma 2B and related model materials, NGINX, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux / Ubuntu server components, PostgreSQL, Python packages and frameworks, JavaScript, CSS, and frontend libraries, API clients, SDKs, and integration tools, and other open-source or third-party dependencies used for hosting, automation, AI, security, analytics, integrations, and platform operations.
Nexus One may use these components depending on plan, deployment, configuration, enabled modules, AI features, integrations, hosting environment, and customer requirements.
Each open-source, source-available, AI model, or third-party component remains subject to its own license, notice, attribution, acceptable-use terms, restrictions, and documentation.
Brand Works LLC does not claim ownership of third-party open-source software, third-party trademarks, third-party AI model materials, or third-party projects.
Brand Works LLC may provide proprietary Nexus One modules, custom code, business workflows, themes, automations, integrations, AI orchestration, hosting, support, managed services, branding, business logic, documentation, and configuration layers separately from open-source components.
Nothing in this notice, or elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, transfers ownership of Brand Works LLC proprietary technology, custom Nexus One modules, business logic, designs, branding, workflows, AI systems, automations, or confidential methods.
Third-party software, services, and integrations may have their own terms, licenses, and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms that apply to your use of those services.
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Nexus One, including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, cloud infrastructure providers, security providers, support tools, AI service providers, and integration partners.
If you connect Nexus One to third-party services, data may be exchanged with those services according to your settings, permissions, and the third party’s own terms and privacy policy.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, legal process, government request, contract enforcement, fraud prevention, security protection, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Brand Works LLC, Nexus One, customers, users, or the public.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload, store, process, or connect information inside Nexus One.
If you use Nexus One to store information about your customers, employees, contractors, vendors, patients, clients, leads, or users, you are responsible for providing any required notices, obtaining any required consents, and complying with privacy, employment, healthcare, financial, marketing, consumer protection, and data protection laws that apply to your business.
Nexus One is a flexible business platform and may be configured in many different ways. Your legal obligations may depend on your industry, location, customer base, data types, and integrations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to personal information, request correction, request deletion, request a copy of certain information, opt out of certain uses or disclosures, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, appeal a privacy request decision where required by law, or not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. If you submit a request on behalf of someone else, we may require proof of authorization.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Nexus One, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, improve services, and protect security.
Retention periods may vary depending on account status, subscription plan, data type, legal obligations, backup cycles, tax records, accounting records, audit requirements, active disputes, investigations, or enterprise contract terms.
If you request deletion, we will process the request as required by applicable law and contractual obligations. Some information may remain in backups, logs, legal records, billing records, security records, or archives for a limited period.
Nexus One websites and services may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, improve user experience, measure marketing performance, detect security risks, and support advertising or remarketing.
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
We may send communications about Nexus One products, services, updates, demos, promotions, onboarding, billing, security, and support.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails where required by law. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send transactional or service-related messages, such as account, billing, legal, support, or security notices.
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, if those laws apply to us or to the relevant processing activity.
Categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation information, professional or business information, audio, visual, or electronic information if uploaded or used in supported features, inferences drawn from usage activity, and sensitive personal information only where provided by you, required for a feature, or processed through customer configuration.
We use this information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, security, support, billing, product improvement, AI improvement using anonymized or de-identified data, analytics, legal compliance, and customer communications.
We do not knowingly sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. Some analytics, advertising, or tracking activities may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws. Where required, we will provide appropriate opt-out options.
Nexus One may be operated from the United States. If you access Nexus One from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
By using Nexus One, you understand that privacy laws in these locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Nexus One is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information where required by law.
We understand that customers may store sensitive business information in Nexus One. We use reasonable efforts to protect business data and limit access to personnel, vendors, or systems that need access to provide, maintain, secure, or improve Nexus One.
You should not upload highly sensitive regulated information unless your subscription, configuration, and agreement with Brand Works LLC specifically support that use case.
Examples of highly sensitive information may include protected health information, full payment card data, government identification numbers, biometric identifiers, highly sensitive financial records, or other regulated data.
If your business requires HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, FINRA, banking, insurance, healthcare, or other specialized compliance, you must notify us before using Nexus One for that purpose and obtain a written agreement confirming the applicable scope.
We may maintain backups for security, disaster recovery, compliance, and operational continuity.
If you cancel or terminate your account, we may retain certain data for a limited period to allow export, restoration, legal compliance, billing, audits, dispute resolution, or security review.
You are responsible for exporting your business data before cancellation if you need a copy.
After termination, we may delete or deactivate account data according to our retention practices, service terms, and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, website notice, or other reasonable method. The updated policy will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of Nexus One after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
We will not intentionally use previously collected personal information in a materially different way without providing notice or obtaining consent where required by law.
